Sinossi: “Ciò che è oggi non è quello che era ieri né quello che sarà domani”. In questa frase la disperazione e rassegnazione degli ex pescatori di Muynaq, piccola cittadina affacciatta su quelle che erano le sponde del Lago di Aral. La città, ormai fantasma, e i suoi abitanti sono vittime di un inarrestabile disastro ambientale in atto ormai da decenni.

Synopsis: “Today is neither what yesterday was nor what tomorrow will be”. This sentence encompasses the resignation of the ex-fishermen of Muynaq, a small village on what were once the banks of the Aral Sea. The city, practically a ghost town, and its inhabitants are the victims of an unstoppable environmental problem that has gone on for decades.
