Sinossi: La macellaia Jung-hee vuole fuggire da Sung-chil, marito violento, dedito al gioco dazzardo e che abusa di lei. I vicini di Junghee, provando pietà per la sua situazione, le suggeriscono di mangiare della carne per diventare più forte. Jung-hee accetta il loro consiglio dopo avere visto un programma televisivo sulle leonesse.
Synopsis: Jung-hee, a butcher, wants to escape from her abusive husband, Sung-chil, a gambler who often becomes violent. Her neighbors, pitying her situation, suggest that Jung-hee should eat meat for strength. Jung-hee takes their advice after watching a TV program on lionesses.

| Biografia / Biography: Jae-Hee Hong si è laureata nel 2003 presso la Korean National University of Arts dove si è specializzata in Film, TV & Multimedia. Nel 2004, allinterno della 54esima Berlinale, ha partecipato al Berlin Talent Campus e nel 2005 ha lavorato come assistente alla regia e sceneggiatrice per il lungometraggio Kim Chu-Ja. Nel 2006 ha vinto lAISFF (Asian International Short Film Festival) Fund Project, un programma di supporto alla pre-produzione, e nel 2008 il suo corto Amsaja(dul) ha ricevuto il primo premio al Seoul International Womens Film Festival. Jae-Hee Hong graduated in 2003 from The Korean National University of Arts where she majored in film, TV & multimedia. In 2004 she participated in the Berlin Talent Campus of the 54th Berlin International Film Festival, and in 2005 she worked as the assistant director and screenwriter for the feature film Kim Chu-Ja. In 2006 she was the winner of the AISFF (Asian International Short Film Festival) Fund Project, a pre-production support program, and in 2008 her short Amsaja(dul) was awarded first prize in the Seoul International Womens Film Festival.
